The skills learning atmosphere of comparing, learning, rushing and helping in the industry is becoming stronger and stronger, and the phenomenon of "employment shortage" is gradually fading.

The State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television has always attached great importance to the construction of a high-skilled talent team. In the Talent Development Plan for the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" Period of the Press and Publication Industry, it is proposed that by 2015, the total number of high-skilled talents in press and publication will reach 400,000. This has brought unprecedented historical opportunities for the work of high-skilled talents in the industry. A few days ago, the 43rd World Skills Competition Printing Media Technology Project China Division 5-in-2 selection competition organized and implemented by the National Printing Industry Vocational Skills Competition Organizing Committee was in full swing at the Chinese training base. After two and a half days of fierce competition, two students from Shanghai Publishing and Printing College stood out and became the A round of training players.

In preparation for the 43rd WorldSkills Competition Print Media Technology Project, the China Organizing Committee established a training base for the project in Shanghai Edition. According to Chen Daoping, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Shanghai Edition, in order to conduct comprehensive quality training for the training players in an all-round and multi-angle manner, the base has set up a base committee, including a supervision team, a management team and an implementation team. After building the influence of the previous three competitions, this year, colleges and universities with printing majors, higher vocational colleges, technical secondary schools, vocational education and private colleges and universities of various natures are actively participating.
